Mark suggests a place for birth and death announcements. I have no
comments on the death part and whether or not net.eulogy is justified,
but I think future birth announcements are likely to find their way
into net.kids. That certainly seems appropriate, particularly since
discussion in net.kids usually involves people discussing their own.
If a particular contributor is suddenly speaking from a different
perspective, he/she might want to tell the net. And I'm sure
no-one on net.kids will object to such announcements.
