If you don't define OLD, your B headers won't include Article-I.D. nor Posted. You can still generate A format. So it isn't necessary to recompile. While I hope the net.adm.site scheme will turn up useful results (I especially encourage you to include your Latitude and Longtitude, as that would be useful for geographic map generating programs: I know it's a pain to look up, but please take a couple minutes, or at least copy it from a nearby site that has already posted it) I would like to point out that a proposal has been put before Usenix to sponsor an ongoing UUCP map effort. Currently heavily involved are Karen Summers-Horton, Lauren Weinstein, Rob Kolstad, and Scott Bradner. If you are interested in participating in this (we're going to need some small programs written, and some work in collecting data) or, if your organization might be interested in donating a small UNIX machine, please let us know.
