Berkeley Lines: 16 I may have come in at the tail end of this one, so excuse me if I'm off base, but I think it is important to remember that the Grenadian Revolution was four years old (it started in '79), and over the last four years the Bishop government tried several times to normalize relations with the US (much like the Nicaraguans have done over the last four years), but the Reagan Administration is/was not interested in negotiations -- they'd rather use military force to get their way.
