I have had experience with the Annapolis Sailing school and the 
Chesapeake Sailing school (just up the road).  I think the Chesapeake
sailing school is much better for the simple reason it is smaller
and they try harder.  Annapolis sailing school must have a 100 boats
on the water some weekends.  Chesapeake has only 6.

Chesapeake has lots of personalized services, like beer parties
at the end of the course and a standing invitation to any 
course graduates to participate in the Thursday night races.
