Last year I posted a query about the
'Christmas Carol Symphony' that I had heard
on CBC radio over 5 years ago.
By good fortune, I finally heard it 
again yesterday on a local FM station.
It is 'The Carol Symphony' by
Christian Victor Hayes-Hutchins (sp?).
I would guess that he is an obscure
English composer, possibly of the same vintage as 
Ralph Vaughn-Williams.
The recording is on a Greensleeves
disc and includes Vaughn-Williams'
'Greensleeves' and 'Christmas Carol Medley' 
as well.
