Intrigued by the question, I stopped by the yogurt section of my local supermarket while shopping this weekend, and examined several Yoplait Custard-Style Yogurt containers. Some of them had the O-U (Union of Orthodox Rabbis) symbol, some of them just had the "K" (which looks like a "Kosher" K, not like a Kraft logo or anything else), but none had any Beef Fat listed as an ingredient.
