An interesting observation, as long as the analogy is not carried too far. As Lewis said, Christ told us to be like doves, but that doesn't mean we are to go out and lay eggs (loose transcription). People must be careful in their choice of words. "Prevailing Biblical notion" seems to imply some sort of temporal value system which the Christian community has adopted to suit its own needs. -- Dave Norris
