While Tarthang Tulku may not have centers near where you are, you might
check out Chogyam Trungpa, Rinpoche. His centers, called "Dharmadhatu",
are in most major cities, and tend to have meditation and study classes.
Both are Tibetan teachers of similar lineages, although of slightly
different styles. (Trunga Tulku is Kagyu, while Tarthang Tulku is Nyingma.)
