I am sure if a girl wants a date, she can give many pointers (smile and find reasons to talk, till he asks) to the gentleman under consideration. For men the problem is that they not only have to give the pointers that they are interested, but also have to gauge the response and muster up the courage to ask the lady out. It surely helps if the lady is openminded like the one who wrote the base note, and gives sufficient hints.
