The following is the updated net.singles questionnaire that will
be referenced in my answers to the survey in the next article.   
Feel free to respond to this questionnaire if you have not seen
it before, I need all the data I can get.  Later this week, I will
post a list of those who I have not had any response from, though
I had sent a copy to them.  Let me know if you received it in your
mail but haven't had time to answer.

1.	What do you perceive the function of net.singles to be?  What
	would the ideal net.singles be like?  Why do you read net.singles?
	What types of topics would you like to see more/less of in
	net.singles?

2.	Would you contribute more articles to net.singles if anonymity
	could be guaranteed?  Or do you feel that anonymity (and pseudonyms) 
	should be discouraged?  Why or why not?

3.	Do you think that singles discussions in DYMs (Dial Your Match
	microcomputer services) and newspaper personals significantly 
	differ from net.singles?  In what manner, and what might the 
	reasons be?

4.	Do you feel that reading net.singles has improved your relationships 
	with other people, or hindered them?  How?   Are you currently
	in a close relationship, and if so, for how long?  Have
	articles in net.singles ever helped you initiate a relationship,
	or do you think it will?  

5.	Do you consider yourself a hacker?  Why or why not?  How many
	hours a day do you spend on a computer?  What percentage of
	that time is spent reading netnews?  Do you have a terminal/
	modem or microcomputer setup at home?  How do you feel about
	that type of an arrangement?

6.	Background info section, the usual:  name, age, work/school,
	occupation/major, geographic location, marital status, gender.

7.	What is your impression of net personalities?  Do you feel that
	they are true to life?  Have you met or would you be interested 
	in meeting other netters?  Do you think that such a meeting would 
	be a disappointment, or a success?  Why?  Do you regularly correspond
	with other net.singles persons?  Do you find it easier to correspond 
	with people via netnews and electronic mail than face-to-face?  

8.	What percentage of your social life does netnews and electronic
	correspondence represent?
