Message-ID: <1405@sdccsu3.UUCP> Date: Mon, 12-Dec-83 23:07:34 EST Article-I.D.: sdccsu3.1405 Posted: Mon Dec 12 23:07:34 1983 Date-Received: Wed, 14-Dec-83 01:40:33 EST Organization: UCSD Foo Machine Lines: 24 This is in response to Robert DeBenedictis' article, but is also addressed to other delinquent non-respondents: Sorry you feel this way, bud, because it was intended as a reminder, not a threat. A simple reply of "no, I don't wish to answer your questionnaire" or "I'm busy at the moment, but will send a reply later" would at least let me know that it reached its destination. A response to my article would also be a simple way to inform me. I will then update my mailing list. All I ask is acknowledgement of receipt. My reasons are purely statistical--I have been experiencing some problems with mail, so I need to know if the survey arrived. Whether a person chooses to answer the survey is a decision which I will respect. Just let me know if you received a survey in the mail. -- Cindy Paloma, the Ramblin' Referee UCSD Computer Center {decvax,philabs,ihnp4}sdcsvax!sdccsu3!zz1cp
