However , I choose to cultivate them instead . Thus they nourish me in my everyday life , and support me in the hour of need (of which my life is full). In the past I have offered this kind of friendship to many either explicitly or by my actions . Some did not understand what I meant . I was sad . Others stepped on me (as in the previous article). I no longer know them . Still others gave me the same in return . With them I've had (and continue to have) the best times of my life . And so it goes...
