I think that Cindy's (Ms. ix553) plan to post a list of non-respondants is
theoretically a good idea, given the level of confidence that uucp mail
provides.  I hope that she/you (choose one, depending on who you are)
follows through on this, with the possible exception of those who object.

Personally, I think the question of whether such a posting is an invasion
of privacy of the non-respondants is pretty debatable, if not picayune.
Or picayune if not debatable, I can't decide what the precedence is.
After all, whose information is it; and how was it gathered?  Lack of
response is hardly a voluntary submission of personal data.
