Doesn't this stuff belong in net.columbia? Is there no gateway for net.columbia? I see that most of the offending(?) notes are from ARPA. I realize I am hardly a regular contributor to either notesfile, but it seems that, with so much interest in the STS program among ARPA people, a gateway to a more appropriate newsgroup (net.columbia) could be established.
