Well,   you have the song title correct:

Is You Is Or Is You Ain't My Baby

I am trying to remember who did the popular
version which I believe is the one you are
looking for.  Many people have recorded this
song in the past so I don't think finding an
old 78 of it should be a problem.
I think possibly Nat Kning Cole did one of
the versions and for some reason Cab Calloway
sticks in my mind but I adon't think
that's right.  Well anyway maybe someone ekse
will know!
