I do not claim to be an 'expert' but do have a few references that I can consult when I get in a bind. In regard to Dr. Who books. There are at least two different publishers putting out Dr. Who books. The official publisher is TARGET books in England but they are hard to find at your local books store. You have to go to a store that specializes in Dr. Who stuff such as "The New Fantasy Shop" in Chicago. There is an American publishing company, PINNICLE, that has about 10 or 12 stories in paperback. These can be found at your larger book stores (at least around the Chicago area). I have a few of these and they seem to be well written and they have the introduction by Ellison. I also have the book 'The Making of Dr. Who' that has a lot of useful information as well as a synopsis of the shows up to about 1977. In regard to a chronological listing of the shows, I have a copy on line that I can mail to anyone that wants it. It was on the net about a year or so ago with a recent updating of the past years shows. I also have a listing of sources of Dr. Who stuff that I put on the net about a year ago. It still is good as far as I know. The New Fantasy Shop is the only place I can personally vouch for, but they are a good source. Hope this helps and please keep this newsgroup active!
