Since the Toronto Proceedings were mentioned in a previous article,
It made me realize that I had seen a place to request the proceedings
on the registration form for the Washington DC Uniform.  Did I just
overlook it, do we need to order it in a different manner (It was on
the Toronto registration form), or is it being discontinued?
