Some months ago, one ...!duke!crm (Charlie Martin) asked of the net
whether there existed a C formatting routine like cb, but which accepted
arguments allowing one to change the indentation, the placement of
the curly braces, and other such things.  Sometime later, he posted a
followup article exclaiming that the had it, and it worked; I also
received mail directly from him.  However, this improved cb has not
been posted to net.sources, nor have I had any further mail from
...!duke!crm in response to my queries.  Has anyone out there
received this source?   Is Duke still on the net?
