Does anybody out there have either

1)	A program to retrieve the current termcap and write it
	to standard output?
	The ultimate purpose of such a program would be to put the
	termcap into an environment variable.

2)	A program to retrieve a string from the termcap and write it
	to standard output?
	Such a program could be used to write Shell scripts that would
	be capable of device-independent screen use.
