Pat Califia also writes an advice column (sort of along the lines
of "Playboy Advisor") and occasional articles for the biweekly
tabloid, "The Advocate."  She's presented the topics of Lesbian S&M,
feminism and "political correctness" quite a few times.  I find her
writings quite refreshing because she states her positions unbowed
by the neo-puritanical ravings of some members of the gay orthodoxy,
and she comes across as an open-minded proponent of an individual's
right to make free choices, regardless of the "political" climate.
