The company is Measurement Systems Inc., somewhere in the east. I never tried one because they were well over $1000 each. I don't know whether the high price is why the government is their only significant customer or vice versa. I suspect vice versa since there is at least one consumer product for $100 using the same type of transducer. If it worked well as a mouse substitute, it would take up a lot less space.
