The plotter has been installed for testing purposes at least.  It can be
accessed by sending output (from graph(1) for example) to "plot -p hp".
The plot(3) library for the plotter is accessed by a -lhpgl option to the
loader (hpgl stands for HP Graphics Language; this library should work for
any HP plotter using this high-level language).

Warning: this notice is not in "general" because any or all of these details
may change upon final installation.
