	Does anyone know of any programs which play consultant?  For
example, I call up the program, say "What program do I use to print
a file on the printer?" and it tells me "Use lpr.".  Or, "What does
segmentation fault mean?".  You get the idea.

	I think I saw something mentioned in a bibliography posted 
to this group that said something about a program like this out at
Berkeley, however, I have since thrown the bibliography away.

	Please mail all responses to me, I will summarize them after
a week or two.
