My 1979 Honda Accord has accumulated 40,000 
miles and I just discovered a crack in one of
the left axle u-joint boots. It will cost
upwards of $100 to have all four replaced.
Is this a common problem on the Hondas?
Is it common on most front-wheel drive cars
with axle boots?
Is it something that can be easily repaired at home?
