I am having problems with the headlights in my 1978 Chevy Nova.  The
problem is that my low beams do not come on.  However my high beams do come
on.  I have recently changed one of the headlights and it does not seem
possible for both of them to go out at the same time.  Any information
about the lights, the electrical system behind the lights or any test I could
run would be greatly appreciated.  Please feel free to send me mail or call
