At idle it will kill the engine. At highway speeds the engine begins bucking badly. Also one the warning buzzer (seat belt?) moans meekly at the same time. Any one run across this type of problem before? I kinda suspect it's the wiring in the steering column, but i haven't been able to locate a wiring diagram for the car yet.
