The February issue of Consumer Reports announces the recall of certain Bell
TourLite helmets.  Apparently, the plastic tongue on the strap buckle may
break, and allow the helmet to come off in an accident.

Serial numbers affected: TL010000 through TL123653, 362028 through 362118,
371027 through 379028.  Also, helmets with no serial numbers.

If your helmet fits the description, write:  TourLite Buckle, Consumer
Services Dept., Bell Helmets Inc., 15301 Shoemaker Ave., Norwalk, Cal. 90650.
Bell will send you free of charge a new buckle and instructions.
