Apparently, the plastic tongue on the strap buckle may break, and allow the helmet to come off in an accident. Serial numbers affected: TL010000 through TL123653, 362028 through 362118, 371027 through 379028. Also, helmets with no serial numbers. If your helmet fits the description, write: TourLite Buckle, Consumer Services Dept., Bell Helmets Inc., 15301 Shoemaker Ave., Norwalk, Cal. 90650.
