Add as much garlic as you can stand. Then add about three times as much more. I suggest two heads (not cloves) for eight ounces of sour cream. Add grated Romano cheese to taste. Munch the whole thing up in the food processor until smooth. Last time I made this stuff, the guests consumed large quantities, all the while complaining about how terrible it was. Everyone reeked of garlic for weeks! We didn't see any werewolves, either.
