Lines: 12 Upon rereading my original reply, and after seeing this (and a mail message), I realize that I could have been misinterpreted. I used the phrase "this syndrome" where its antecedent was unclear. I was doubting the proposed syndrome of "pasteurization intolerance" NOT "lactose intolerance", which, as I said in the article, is well characterized and understood.
