Set on "low" and cook for about 6 - 8 hours (depends on the firmness of the apples). Mash slightly with vegetable masher or wooden spoon. Refrigerate. This stuff is absolutely yummy! (Serve over vanilla ice cream or top with fresh whipped cream for a great dessert.)
