I have had a problem with my Password Modem which I have
seen mentioned here by one other individual.  The modem
suddenly begins emitting a connect tone during dialing and
before answer.  It will then not abort normally by
typing at the keyboard a '+++' .

This seems to happen only in 300 baud dialing mode.  Any
body else have any ideas of the cause?  Or how about any
solutions?

Other than this, I have been very happy with the Password.
