Now I ask you, "What in blazes are they thanking me for waiting for when they took my money over 15 minutes ago?" Do they really believe that am doing them a favor by waiting for the food I had already paid for. ---------- While "Sorry you had to wait so long." might have been more appropriate, you could at least give them credit for trying to be courteous. Would you rather they had said "Damn it, you special order people are such a pain."?
