Yesterday, Reagan blamed Carter for the death of the 200+ Marines
in Lebanon. He said that it was Carter's fault because Carter had put
through budget cuts for the CIA which resulted in a lack of
intelligence information about the terrorist attack.

Way to go, Ron; it isn't as if you've had ~3 years to do something about
the CIA yourself. Carter was right when he said, "The buck *still*
