If you're tired of answering the apple pie question, just will
the people not to ask it.  (You can do this while you're waiting,
so it doesn't waste any precious time..)  I would think this to
be imminently possible, since I doubt the McD. counter people
feel very strongly about asking you.  It's more like a reflex,
so a little pushing from you should make the difference.  Personally,
I save my mind for more important things, but then I've just programmed
myself to say no without having to get pist about it.
