The purpose of "Keep Right Except to Pass" signs is *not* to save money
on road repair; your car will wear down the road no matter which lane
you drive in.  The purpose is to ensure an orderly flow of traffic.
*If* your car is the only one on the road, then go ahead and ignore any
traffic regulations you want; but if there are other cars around, then
forget about your ego and your alleged constitutional rights, and drive
in the proper lane.
