Those people flaming about being tailgated (although tailgaters should have their keys taken away), are often times the same people who refuse to move to the right so they may be passed. When I encounter such a "left lane cruiser", I usually flash my brights at him (briefly) to inform him of my presence and ask him to move it over. By the way, I usually keep my speed between 55-60.
