Out in Seattle people do not exceed the speed limit so much (I know, my
brother works for Boeing and I have been there a few times).  Out here,
you can get tail-gators in the right lane when you are doing 60 MPH.  One
idea I had but never got around to implementing is to carry TiO or chalk
dust or something like that and make a humongous cloud behind the car
when someone tailgates.
