Lines: 5 Most of the people I have seen being tailgated were in the wrong lane, or not keeping up with the flow of traffic. I believe the correct thing to to is pull over if you are not in the right lane, and speed UP if you are not keeping up with the traffic flow (assuming you & the auto are capable of going faster safely and legally).
