Software Practice and Experience is one of the best magazines for
CS types.  At the front of the magazine it says that it is for
the distribution of practical knowledge.  If it is so desired
by CS people and wants to disseminate information how come it costs
$215 dollars to subscribe?  That's almost $18 an issue.  Why
isn't each issue in hard back for that price?!  Only libraries
can afford that kind of dough!

If they reduced the price to $40 they would probably increase sales
10 times!
