In the course of that trip I rode on many buses of many vintages and I found a general rule, at least for this bus company: The newer the bus, the less comfortable the seat! The most comfortable rides were invariably on the oldest buses. Since that time they have introduced some new buses which seem to have reversed the trend, but they are nowhere near where they were with the 20 year old buses I rode 10 years ago.
