Lines: 19 Jeff Mayhew has joined other folken in advising that one should turn on the lights (in daytime) when being tailgated. Fine, but what about us what ALWAYS has our lights on, and I don't want to see any nonsense about how bad a practice it is to drive an erstwhile invisible-colored VW bug with the lights on. (I use my horn a lot too) I suggest the slow-down tactic, which has the heart-warming side effect of causing the guy who is tailgating to get ticketed, if you happen to be lucky enough to pass a cop. Following too close is not popular with the cops around where I live. Meantimes, anyone noticed that the incidence of lunatic drivers has increased with the cold weather? There isn't a lot of change in the road conditions here in Oregon, it being drier than usual if anything, and yet there are more jerks per mile than I recall being the average. Hutch
