Let's start one!  Everytime I buy something that doesn't work, I want to
tell people about it--while it wouldn't directly help me, I'd feel much
better.  The readers of the newsgroup **would** benefit!  And it would give
us a chance to hear about products sold nationally thus bringing tremendous
pressure to bear on the manufacturers to clean up their acts.
