Was responsible for the upsurge of interest in phys. chem of water & ice that occurred in the 70's, which Felix Frank's series exemplifies. All the necessary water/ice phase diagrams are there. {philabs,cmcl2!rocky2}!cubsvax!peters (Peter S Shenkin; Dept of Biol Sci; Columbia Univ; NY, NY 10027; 212-280-5517)
