Hold it!  The rule of law is most definately *not* set by the
majority. Laws are passed by *Congress*, a body of elected
representatives (the best money can buy :-)  ).  This is
NOT the same thing!

Question for you: if the majority of people support 55, then
why do the majority drive faster than 55, breaking the very law
they supposedly support?
