	Mr. Bray apparently feels that it's an infringement of his freedom
	not to be able to go 80, but it's not an infringement of his freedom
	to be prevented from buying, say, a Cadillac.

Mr. Bray didn't say people shouldn't be allowed to buy Cadillacs, he said that
if they wanted to cut gas consumption they shouldn't buy Cadillacs, and if
the auto companies want to cut gas consumption they shouldn't make cars like
that.  There is a difference.
