It clearly is the choice of the people involved but when every one suffers then that person involved is not thinking of anyone but himself. My wife was a occasional seat belt user but after joining the life squad she is a ful-time seat belt user now. She has seen many minor accidents cause major injuries because seat belts were not used. This is a could have been prevented cost to the tax payer and definitely increases our insurance cost. I am not for another law but maybe just void the insurance of the person injured in a accindent because they were not using their seat belt or helmet. SWD
