    What's the beef?
    There are (no doubt) many of us interested in computer Go that are NOT
rich. I am willing to toss $10 into the pot but is that enough?
    Do you repersent a club?
    Who is we?
    How about giving 'us' some time to answer before writing 'us' off. There is
interest here. Many small contribution (money, time, ideas, whatever) do add
up. Please be patient, keep trying, and see what happens.
