It allowed me (and others) to play Go-by-mail on the computer we were using. One could use it 1) with both people at one terminal, 2) two people at different terminals playing at the same time, or 3) two people at different terminals playing "by mail". I translated it to C, and curses, but have never finished debugging it. I was considering having it be able to handle a Go-by-mail automatically across USENET. It can "play back" games. Is there any interest in such a thing? Does anyone have any suggestions? I never did figure out a decent way to handling the end of game.
