   We need some kind of tools, both hardware and software, to allow us to
do interactive graphics. We are severely constrained by cost, especially
equipment cost. At the moment, we have the Unix system on our VAX,
working with Zenith z19s and z29s. I would appreciate any suggestions as
to how we could achieve some kind of graphics capability by some
combination of software and/or very low-cost hardware.
