	I have a friend (not on the net), who is interested in windmills
for generating power.  In particular, he would like to find (if such a thing
exists) kits for assembling windmills, for a reasonable price [approx. < $500].
He is interesting in exporting them to a country w/several remote but windy
sites which need generators.

	Any information on the availability of such a thing, or pointers
to such information (magazine articles etc.) will be greatly appreciated.
I figure that the net is a great information resource, and hopefully someone
somewhere will know something.
